initial check-up
Before you start with your first training unit we analyse your life style, eating habits and muscular condition according to sports-scientific criteria. The evaluation of your present physical status helps to determine the success of your training.

equipment service
Floor mats, balls, Nordic Walking sticks, XCO or pulse monitoring watch will be provided for each training unit. You just concentrate on your training and goals.

documentation
Each training unit will be documented in your training booklet for better follow-up. Thus you can keep track on your training status and success at all times.
